All of the catering in Turgi farm is brought to you by our host Ergo.
His passion for cooking blossomed while preparing meals for the weaving course participants. The praise and gratitude received from them gave Ergo motivation and inspiration to work out new recipes.
In autumn-winter 2019, participating in the WildFit 90-day program brought change to both our food choices. Since then, we offer our guests meals without gluten, lactose and added sugars.
Valuable knowledge and delicious meals should not be kept to ourselves!
We're happy to share our experience with healthy eating with you!
What we don't grow ourselves in our garden, we purchase from local organic farmers. Our guests' favourites are cucumbers from our neighbouring farmer Aadi. Kokanurga village supplies us with organic vegetables and eggs from happy chickens. Erto farm offers their asparagus, kale and celery root. Onion and garlic is of course locally grown in Peipsi county. And if you take honey from Oskar in our village and add it to linden flower tea, grown on Turgi farm, the local taste palette is complete!
Have a look at our gourmet dinners and Turgi farm cakes as well.
